JDC EXEC PTY LTD, (JDC ACADEMY)’s, collateral and educational material is being used for sustainable future development of businesses and entrepreneurial ventures in the training and development space.

1. GENERAL

The objective of this Agreement is to develop a business enterprise relationship and to create a framework to enable the disclosure of documents, price lists, and initiatives. This is the basis for working together to promote and offer innovative solutions and structure for the agreement comprising:

Business Enterprise agreement through the provision of pricelists, information, R&D, registrations, and all coaching material and collateral.

The agreement is between JDC EXEC, and the undersigned, as stipulated below. 

The Parties mutually agree to negotiate in good faith with one another and to utilize their best efforts to agree on the terms and conditions of the business enterprise agreement.

This agreement is made on this 1st day of February 2025 between JDC EXEC PTY LYD and the undersigned party. 

THEREFORE, for good and valuable consideration, the receipt and legal sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, the undersigned and JDC EXEC PTY LTD agree that the disclosure of Confidential Information during the term of this Agreement shall be subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. Either party shall hold in confidence any confidential information disclosed to it hereunder and will neither disclose the confidential information to a third party nor use the confidential information except for the purpose stated in the agreement.

2. Neither the undersigned nor JDC EXEC PTY LTD is allowed to disclose product information, structures, methods of material creation and customer identity, product requirements, data, know-how, processes, designs, sketches, photographs, plans, infographics, assessments, worksheets, specifications, samples, reports, customer lists, price lists, studies, findings, inventions or ideas and any information. Including trade secrets.

By signing the below document you agree. 

WHEREAS the purpose of the agreement is for the two organizations to engage in representing exceptionally good reputations and representation, as well as the collaboration of learning materials in the field of entrepreneurial development.

Support SMEs, individuals, and/or corporate companies of diverse types used in diversified fields of application in various categories of Industries, either learning materials required or the updating of existing material, mitigating risk, or for any other reason.

Your as well as JDC EXEC PTY LTD’s, main activities are concentrated on being mutual beneficiaries.

1. WHEREAS JDC EXEC PTY LTD is, among other things, a leader in the development and implementation of training and strategic material, education excellence, leadership and enterprise development, coaching and mentoring as well as providing the above mentioned services with its learning material to support companies and individuals with the development of sustainable business growth. The training courses can be presented online or given in person.
2. WHEREAS the undersigned and JDC EXEC PTY LTD have identified an opportunity to grow and develop opportunities for business growth allowing you to enter an enterprise agreement in South Africa and beyond the borders, growing into the rest of the areas as opportunities arise.
3. WHEREAS Project information and requirements are flexible, it can either be face-to-face or virtual.

No Liability

JDC EXEC PTY LTD is responsible for the development and delivery of Marketing Cosmetics. No Liability will be held by JDC EXEC PTY LTD which can be derived from the learning skills of the recipients. If any assignments, worksheets and/or assessments are not completed and submitted according to the the course outline, JDC EXEC PTY LTD holds no liability, this means that Marketing Cosmetics was not completed. The content of Marketing Cosmetics not only meets but exceeds industry standards and should be applied with such a level of excellence.
